These terms are the agreement between you and Muhammad Haris Zuberi, which runs Education360 (education360.online). They apply to students, parents, teachers and anyone who uses our website or app. Please read them together with our Privacy policy, Refund and cancellation policy, Safeguarding policy and Cookies and recordings notice.
In short
- For anyone under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms.
- You pay by bank transfer and send us a proof. We do not take card payments online at the moment.
- You can pause for 1 to 4 weeks, or cancel your plan. A cancelled plan ends at the end of the period you have paid for.
- Our office decides each refund request, case by case.
- Be kind and safe in class, and never share personal contact details.
- Recordings and course materials are for your own learning only.
Who can use Education360
- You must give us true information about yourself and, if you are a parent, about your child.
- Under 18: a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms for the student. Children under 13 cannot sign up themselves: a parent creates and manages the account. For a student aged 13 to 17, a parent confirms the account through a link we send them.
- Teachers can teach only after our office has approved them.
- Each account is for one person. A young child may also join a class from their parent's account.
Your account
- Keep your password secret, and do not let anyone else use your account. You can turn on two-step sign-in for extra safety.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account. Parents are responsible for their children's accounts.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
- We may pause or close an account to protect children or other people, if these terms are seriously broken, or if the law requires it. We will tell you why, unless the law or someone's safety stops us.
- You can close your account at any time with Delete my account. Our Privacy policy explains what happens.
Courses, enrollment and classes
- Each course page describes the course: what is taught, how (live classes, recorded lessons, one-to-one lessons, documents, homework and quizzes), the teacher, the language, the times and the price.
- To join a course, create an account and send an enrollment request, or book a free trial class. Our office confirms your place and, for a paid course, sends your first invoice.
- Class times are shown in your own time zone. We send reminders before classes.
- A teacher may move a class with at least 24 hours' notice. Our office may move a class when needed. We tell everyone in the class.
- If a teacher cancels a class, we arrange a make-up class, usually within 7 days.
- Sometimes another teacher (a substitute) teaches a class. In a one-to-one class, you may say no to a substitute, and the class becomes a make-up class instead.
- If a class group is full, you can join its waiting list. When a seat is offered, you have 48 hours to accept. Accepting enrols you at once and creates your first invoice.
- If we cancel a course or a class group, we will tell you as early as we can and offer another teacher or time where possible. If you do not want that, we will give back the money for paid classes that will not happen.
- We do not promise exam results. Results depend on many things, including the student's own work.
Fees and payment
- Prices are shown on the course page: in Pakistani rupees (Rs) for students in Pakistan, and in US dollars (US$) for students in other countries. Your currency is set by your country when you sign up. Prices shown in other currencies are only a guide.
- Your enrollment keeps the price you enrolled at. If we ever need to change it, we will tell you first, and you can cancel before the new price starts.
- Invoices: your first invoice comes when your place is confirmed. On a monthly plan, you get a new invoice every month while you are enrolled. Packs and one-off courses are invoiced once, or in parts if we offer installments. Every invoice shows its due date.
- How to pay: by bank transfer, Raast, mobile wallet (Easypaisa or JazzCash) or cash deposit, to the account shown on your invoice. Then press I've paid — send proof on the invoice. Add the amount, the date, how you paid, and a transaction ID or a photo or PDF of your receipt.
- Confirmation: our finance team checks that the money has arrived, then confirms it. The payment is dated on the day the money arrived, and you get a receipt. We do not send payment reminders while your proof is being checked.
- Cards: we do not take card payments online at the moment.
- Late payment: we remind you before the due date, and again if an invoice is not paid. We do not switch off classes automatically, but our office will contact you. Certificates wait until fees are paid. If fees stay unpaid after we have contacted you, we may end the enrolment.
- Discounts and scholarships: our office gives them case by case. If more than one discount could apply, you get the best single one.
- Tax: if sales tax applies, it is shown on the invoice.
- Who pays: the parent or adult student who enrols is responsible for the fees.
- Independent teachers: some teachers bill their own students directly. If your invoice number starts with TINV-, you pay that teacher, and your payments and refunds for those invoices are between you and the teacher. Everything else in these terms still applies.
Pauses and cancellations
- One-to-one lessons: you can cancel or move a lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. A later cancellation, or not coming, counts as a lesson used, and the teacher is paid for it. The app shows which rule applies before you confirm.
- Group classes go ahead as planned. If you miss one, you can watch the recording when the class was recorded.
- Pause: you can ask to pause for 1 to 4 weeks, with a reason such as Ramadan, exams, travel or illness. Ask at least 2 days before, and pause for no more than 8 weeks in any 12 months. Our office approves each pause. The period you have paid for moves later by the days paused, and your next invoice moves later too. One-to-one classes in the pause are removed. In group classes you keep your seat; the live class closes for you during the pause, but recordings and documents stay open. No money changes hands.
- Cancel your plan: use Cancel my plan on the course. Your plan ends at the end of the period you have paid for, and later unpaid invoices are cancelled. You can undo it until then.
- Refunds: see our Refund and cancellation policy. Our office decides each request.
Behavior in class
Students and parents must:
- be respectful: no bullying, threats, hate, swearing or sexual content;
- never share or ask for phone numbers, addresses, social media accounts or other contact details (our system blocks them);
- never record, photograph or screenshot classes or other people, and never share class links or logins;
- join from a quiet, suitable place, dressed as for school, with only the student and their parent on camera;
- keep a parent nearby when a young child is in class;
- follow the teacher's instructions in class, and hand in their own work.
If someone breaks these rules, a teacher may mute them or remove them from a class. Our office may give a warning, pause the account or end the enrollment. Anything that may put a child at risk goes to our safeguarding lead.
Teachers must:
- follow the Code of conduct in our Safeguarding policy, and keep their safety checks up to date;
- teach students who came through Education360 only on Education360, and never ask their families to pay them directly or to move classes elsewhere;
- keep students' information private and use it only to teach;
- be on time, mark their classes, and tell our office early if they cannot teach.
Recordings and course materials
- Classes may be recorded. Our Cookies and recordings notice explains how. For children, the parent's consent covers recordings.
- Course materials, lessons, recordings and quizzes belong to Muhammad Haris Zuberi or to the teacher who made them. You may use them only for your own learning while you have access.
- Do not copy, share, sell, upload or post them anywhere else, and do not use them to train AI.
- Many files carry your name and a personal code, so a shared copy can be traced to the account it came from.
- You can download a file or a recording only when the teacher allows it.
- After your course ends, you may keep access to its recordings and documents, unless we remove them.
- Your own work (homework, answers, voice notes) stays yours. You allow us to store it, show it to your teacher, your parents and our office, and keep it for as long as our Privacy policy says.
- Reviews: write honestly about your own experience. Your review may appear on our website with your first name and initial. We may hide a review that breaks these terms.
Our teachers
- Our teachers are contractual partners of Muhammad Haris Zuberi. Our office approves every teacher after the checks in our Safeguarding policy, and agrees their pay with them.
- When you enroll through Education360, your agreement is with Muhammad Haris Zuberi, not with the teacher personally. The only exception is an independent teacher's own students (see Fees and payment).
- A teacher's page shows the checks our office has seen, and when.
Using our website and app fairly
- Do not try to get into other people's accounts, get around our safety filters, copy our website with automated tools, overload it, or upload anything harmful.
- Do not pretend to be someone else, or create an account for another person without their permission.
Messages from us
- We send messages about your classes, invoices, safety and account in the app and by email, and by WhatsApp or text message when we switch them on. These messages are part of the service.
- We send news about courses only if you ask for it, never to anyone under 18. You can stop it at any time.
Our responsibility to you
- We will provide classes with reasonable care and skill, as described on the course page.
- If a class cannot happen because of a problem on our side, we will offer a make-up class or a credit.
- We are not responsible for problems with your own device, internet or electricity, or for events outside our control, such as natural disasters, wide power or internet failures, or government action.
- If we are responsible for a loss, the most we will pay is the amount you paid for the classes affected. We are not responsible for losses that nobody could reasonably expect.
- Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it, for example for fraud, or for death or injury caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer.
If something goes wrong
- Please tell us first: email haris@education360.online, call or WhatsApp +92 302 8201850, or use our Contact page. We will try to put things right, and we will reply within 15 days.
- If you are worried about a child's safety, use Report a concern straight away.
Law and courts
- These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts in Karachi can decide disputes about them.
- If you live outside Pakistan and use Education360 as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your own country, and you can bring a claim there.
Changes to these terms
- We may change these terms when our services or the law change. We keep every version, and you can read earlier versions from the link at the top of this page.
- An important change gets a new version number and a short note about what changed. We tell you in the app and by email, and ask you to accept it. For 30 days you will see a reminder. After that, we ask you to tick to accept the next time you enroll, book a class or send a payment proof.
- A change will never lock you out of your invoices, your data or help.
