This interactive guide works best with JavaScript turned on. Here is the text version (12 flows, 40 steps).

1. Find a course

The home page — Open education360.online. Search for a subject, or pick your level — from Class 1 to university and professional courses.
Browse by category — Scroll down for the categories — Religion, Science, Mathematics, Languages and more — and the most popular courses.
All courses, with filters — All courses lists everything. Filter by level, format (live class, one-to-one, recorded), price, language and teacher, or show only courses with a free trial.
On your phone — On a phone the filters open from the Filters button, and prices show in PKR in Pakistan and USD abroad — you can switch.

What the course is — The top of the page shows the format, the levels it is for, the language and the class length.
Choose a plan — On the right, choose a plan — for example 3 days a week, or a pack of 8 classes. Prices are per month or per pack; the currency button switches between PKR and USD.
Your teacher — Every course names its teacher, with their experience and a link to their full profile.
Free samples — Some teachers share a few notes as free samples — open them to look inside the course before you join.
On your phone — On a phone the Enrol now button stays at the bottom of the screen while you read.

Enrol now — Pick your plan on the course page and click Enrol now — or Book a free trial under the price.
Create your free account first — New here? Click Create account. Already have one? Click I already have an account and sign in — either way you come straight back to this course.
Step 1: who is learning, and your account — Choose Me if you are the student, or My child if you are a parent. Add your name, email, mobile / WhatsApp (the office calls you on it), a password and your country.
Check your email — Click Create account. We send a link to your email — open it to confirm your email. No email? Look in Spam or Promotions, or click Send the link again.
Step 2: your child — The link signs you in on step 2. Type your child's name, and their level and date of birth if you like. Add another child adds a brother or sister.
Check and finish — Press Next. Check what you typed — Change fixes a step — then press Finish.

Who is it for? — Press Finish: you are back on the course, in the enrolment request. A parent chooses which child it is for, or Another child.
Choose a plan — Press Next and choose a plan — prices in PKR in Pakistan and USD abroad. Nothing is paid now: we call you to confirm first.
Your weekly times — Press Next. Tick the times that suit you from the teacher’s free times — as many as the plan’s days a week. None suit you? Write them on the next step.
Timings and notes — Press Next. Add anything else about times, and anything the teacher should know — your child’s level, or a teacher you prefer.
Check and send — Press Next to check everything, then Send request.
Request sent — The office calls or WhatsApps you to agree the teacher and times, then enrols your child and sends the first invoice. You can follow the request under My courses.

Book a free trial — On a course page, press the free trial button under the price. The trial class is free — you are never asked to pay for it.
Sign in, then pick a time — Create your free account (or sign in) and you come straight back to pick a time from the teacher’s free times. A parent chooses which child the trial is for.

Contact us — Open Contact us from the website’s menu or footer. The office’s phone, WhatsApp, email and office hours are on the side.
Write your message — Give your name, email and (if you like) your phone, choose a topic and write your question.
Sent — with a reference — Press Send message. You get a reference like T-1004 and an email with a private link to follow the answer. The office replies by email.

Check a certificate — Scan the QR code on the certificate, or open education360.online/verify and type the code printed on it.
A valid certificate — Press Check the code. A real certificate shows the name, the course, the teacher, when it was completed and the rules that were met — never a phone number or email. A withdrawn one says Revoked.

Become a partner — Open Partner programme in the website footer. It explains the commission — a share of a new student’s first paid invoice — and how it is paid, with tax deducted as the law requires.
Apply — Fill in the form: your name, city, email and phone, your name as on your CNIC (payouts go only to an account in that name), and how you will tell people about us. Tick the box and send.
Application sent — The office reads every application. Once approved, you get an email with a link to set your password, and your own link and code.

Questions and answers — Open FAQ in the website menu. Type a word — fee, trial, certificate — and only the matching questions stay. Tap a question for its answer.
Blog — Blog has study tips and news from the institute, newest first. Choose a category to see only those posts.
Read a post — Open a post to read it — in Urdu too, with اردو میں پڑھیں. Share it on WhatsApp with the buttons below it.

Tell us what you want to learn — Open education360.online/enrol/request (also linked from the course pages). After signing in, describe the subject and level, and when you are free — the office calls you back.

Our teachers — Our teachers lists every approved teacher with their subjects and experience. Search by name or subject.
A teacher's profile — Open a teacher to read their background, the languages they teach in, and all the courses they teach.

Teach with Education360 — Click Become a teacher in the website footer (or open education360.online/teach). The page explains how teaching and pay work.
Step 1: your account — Your name, email, mobile / WhatsApp and a password, then tick the box. You sign in with this email and password, so you can stop at any time and carry on later.
Confirm your email, then carry on — Click Create my account and continue and open the link we email you. Then fill in the other steps — about you, what you teach, your experience and your times — and send it.
