1. Your day at a glance
- Your dashboard — Sign in on your phone. The dashboard shows today's classes and your earnings this month. The bar at the bottom takes you to Classes, Courses and Earnings.
- My earnings — The My earnings card shows your balance and what is waiting to be released. Tap Details for the full picture.
2. Mark a class
- My classes — Tap Classes. Waiting for you to mark lists the classes you have taught but not marked yet; below are today's and coming up.
- Open the class — Tap Mark on the class.
- How did the class go? — Choose Delivered, Student did not come, Student cancelled or I cancelled. Delivered and "student did not come" both count as taught — a student's absence never cuts your pay. A class you cancel does not earn.
- What you covered — Write what was covered, a short progress note (the student and parents see it) and any homework.
- Saved — earnings released — Tap Save class. The class moves to Recently marked, and your share for it is added to your balance.
3. Your public profile & availability
- My profile — Open My profile. Your headline, bio, qualifications, experience and languages appear on your page on the website and on every course you teach.
- Weekly availability — Add the days and times you are free to teach, then Save availability. The office uses this when it agrees timings with new students.
- See it as students do — View public profile opens your page on the website.
4. Propose a course
- My courses — Open My courses to see your courses and how many students each has. Click New course to propose one.
- Describe the course — Give it a title, pick the subject and format, and write what students will learn. The more concrete, the better it sells.
- Save the draft — Click Create draft. Only you and the office can see a draft.
- Propose a price — In Price options click Propose a price: how students pay and the price in PKR and USD. An admin approves every price.
- Submit for review — Click Send proposal, then Submit for review. You are notified when it is published — or if the office asks for changes.
5. Your earnings
- Your balance — Tap Earnings. The top shows your balance and how much you can request now.
- How your pay works — How your pay works explains your terms in plain words — your salary, your percentage, any special rate on a course — and when each amount is released.
- What you earned, line by line — What you earned lists every amount with how it was worked out: the fee paid, the gateway fee, your percentage and the class it was released for.
- Monthly statement — Monthly statement is a printable summary for any month — handy for your own records and for tax.
6. Get paid
- Add your payout details — In Payout details, choose Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank, and enter the account title and number exactly as registered. Click Save.
- Finance verifies them — Finance confirms new details with you before the first payout — this protects you from mistakes and fraud. Until then the page says Finance is verifying your payout details.
- Request a payout — Once verified, a Request a payout box appears when your balance passes the minimum. Enter the amount (all of it by default) and click Request.
- On its way — Your request goes to finance for the next payout run. Tax is deducted where the law requires, and you can see every payout — with its reference — under Payouts.
