This interactive guide works best with JavaScript turned on. Here is the text version (4 flows, 12 steps).
1. Your dashboard
- Your dashboard — Sign in with the link the office sent you. Partner dashboard counts the clicks on your link, the people who signed up and the students who paid — never their names.
- Your commission — Commission is on hold for 30 days after a student’s first payment, then available. A refund in that time cancels it. The table shows the last six months.
2. Qalam, your helper
- Qalam sits in the corner — The pencil in the bottom corner of every screen is Qalam, your helper (bottom left in Urdu). A small red dot means it has a tip for you.
- Tap Qalam — Tap it: three big buttons — What is this page?, Show me how to… and Find a task. Step-by-step walkthroughs for partners are still to come.
- What is this page? — What is this page? shows the matching step of this guide for the screen you are on. Open the guide takes you to it.
- Find a task — Find a task: type one word, in English or Urdu — payout, link, tax — and tap a result to open that part of this guide.
- Quiet, voice and hiding — Only when I tap you keeps Qalam quiet until you tap it. Read aloud plays the office’s recordings. Hide Qalam tucks it away; tap the eraser to bring it back.
3. Your link and code
- Your link and code — Copy your link, or share it on WhatsApp. People who open it within 30 days and sign up count as yours — they can also type your code when they sign up.
- A link to one course — Choose a course to get a link that opens its page — handy for a post about Quran classes or Matric Physics.
4. Payouts
- Payout details — Open Payout details: Easypaisa, JazzCash or a bank account in the name on your CNIC. The office checks new details before the first payout.
- Tax — Income tax is deducted under section 233 — at the lower rate if you are on the FBR’s Active Taxpayers List. Tell the office your filer status and CNIC.
- Your payouts — Payouts go out once a month when at least Rs 2,000 is available. Each one shows the amount, the tax deducted and the transaction reference; Tax certificate gives the yearly certificate for your tax return.
