This interactive guide works best with JavaScript turned on. Here is the text version (17 flows, 59 steps).
1. Sign in
- Open the sign-in page — Go to education360.online and click Sign in — or open education360.online/login directly. The same page works on a computer and on a phone.
- Enter your details — Type your email, username or phone number and your password. The eye icon shows what you typed. Tick Keep me signed in only on your own device.
- Forgot your password? — Click Forgot password?, enter your email and we send you a reset link. The office can also send you a new set-password link.
- Help and Urdu, right here — Under the form, Help & tutorials opens these guides and اردو / English switches the language before you even sign in.
- Signed in — Click Sign in. You land on your own dashboard — every role sees only the menus and information meant for them.
2. Install the mobile app
- Open Education360 on your phone — Open education360.online in Chrome (Android) or Safari (iPhone) and sign in. Every screen fits the phone, with a bar at the bottom for the main sections.
- Install it — Tap your picture (top right) → Install mobile app. On Android it installs straight away (or use Chrome's menu ⋮ → Install app). On iPhone tap Share → Add to Home Screen.
- Turn on notifications — In the same menu tap Enable notifications, so class reminders, invoices and messages reach you even when the app is closed.
- The full menu — Tap Menu in the bottom bar to reach every section. At its foot are the one-tap اردو / English switch and Sign out. Tap outside it to close it.
3. Urdu & dark mode
- Open the language menu — Click the language icon in the top bar. Pick اردو (Urdu) and the whole app switches to Urdu and reads right to left; pick English to switch back. Your choice is saved to your account.
- Dark mode — The moon icon turns on dark mode — easier on the eyes at night. Click it again (sun) to go back.
- Dark mode on — Menus, cards and tables all switch to the dark theme. The choice is remembered; printed invoices and statements always stay light.
4. Notifications
- The bell — The bell in the top bar shows a red count when something new arrives — a class booked, a payment confirmed, a payout sent. Click it for the latest.
- All notifications — View all opens the full list. Click any notification to jump to the page it is about; Mark all read clears the count.
5. Your classes in your calendar
- My calendar — Open My calendar in the menu. Teachers, students and parents each have their own link, with a button for each kind of phone.
- One button for your phone — iPhone or Mac: press the first button, then Subscribe. Android: press Copy link and follow the three steps. Outlook: press Add to Outlook.com.
- Class reminders — Reminders come by app and email, in your own language and time: the day before and just before each class, with Join class. Switch off the ones you do not want and press Save reminders.
6. Quick search — Ctrl K
- Open quick search — Press Ctrl K (⌘ K on a Mac) or / anywhere — or click the search box in the top bar.
- Type a few letters — Start typing a course, a person or a page name. Use the arrow keys and Enter to open a result, Esc to close.
7. Help on every screen
- The ? button — Stuck on a screen? Click ? in the top bar. It opens the step-by-step guide for exactly that screen, in your language, in a new tab.
- Help in the footer — At the bottom of every page you also find Help for this screen and Help & tutorials — the full Help Centre with a guide for every role.
8. Forms in steps: Save and finish later
- One short step at a time — Long forms come in steps. The top shows which step you are on and how far you are; Steps lists them all, with a tick for each one done.
- Saved as you type — Next checks the step and moves on; Back never loses anything. What you type is saved every few seconds — the line under the buttons says when.
- Save and finish later — Need to stop? Tap Save and finish later. You see what is kept and how to come back. If you do not come back, we remind you once.
- Unfinished forms — Your home page lists your Unfinished forms: tap Continue to carry on where you stopped, or Delete. Your picture menu lists them too.
9. Qalam, your helper
- Qalam, your helper — After you sign in, Qalam the pencil sits in the bottom corner of every screen. Click it to ask what a page is for, or how to do a job.
- Put Qalam away — In Qalam’s panel, Hide Qalam tucks it into the edge of the screen: only its eraser peeks out. Click the eraser to bring Qalam back.
10. Your profile & password
- Open your profile — Click your picture (top right) → My profile.
- Your details — Change your name, email, phone, language or photo, then click Save changes. Your email or phone is what you sign in with.
- Change your password — Type your current password, then the new one twice, and click Update password. Use at least 8 characters.
11. Sign-in & security
- Open Sign-in & security — On My profile, the Sign-in & security card shows whether two-step sign-in is on, your passkeys and how many devices are signed in. Press Manage to open it.
- Two-step sign-in — Optional, and the best protection: after your password we also ask for a 6-digit code from an app on your phone. Someone who learns your password still cannot get in.
- Passkeys — A passkey lets you sign in with your fingerprint, face or phone screen lock instead of a password, and no fake website can steal it.
- Where you are signed in — Every phone and computer signed in to your account, with when it was last used. Something you do not recognise? Sign it out, then change your password.
- Confirm it’s you — Before a change here or to your payout details, we ask for your password again — unless you signed in or confirmed it in the last 10 minutes. A passkey or a code by email works too.
- A good password — At least 8 characters — a short sentence or three words you will remember is easiest. Passwords people use most (pakistan123, 786786786 …) and your own name or phone number are refused. Changing it signs out your other devices.
12. Turn on two-step sign-in
- Start the set-up — Press Turn on two-step sign-in. It takes about 2 minutes.
- Get the app — First install a free authenticator app on your phone, like Google Authenticator. You may have one already.
- Scan the picture — In the app, press + and scan this square picture with your phone’s camera.
- Or type the key — Cannot scan? Choose Enter a setup key in the app and type this key.
- Code shown in the app — Type the 6 digits the app shows now, to check it is set up right. For example: 492107
- Turn it on — Press Turn on two-step sign-in. Then you get your recovery codes.
13. Keep my recovery codes safe
- Two-step sign-in — Your recovery codes belong to two-step sign-in, on this card. They are there once it is on.
- Open recovery codes — Press Recovery codes. Two-step sign-in still off? Press Turn on two-step sign-in: the codes come with it.
- Your recovery codes — These 10 recovery codes let you in if your phone is lost. Each code works once.
- Keep them safe — Press Download or Print, and keep the codes somewhere safe, away from your phone.
- All done — When they are safe, press I have saved them.
14. Signing in with two-step
- The code from your app — After your password, open your authenticator app and type the 6 digits it shows now. They change every 30 seconds.
- This is my own device — Tick it only on your own phone or computer: there we will not ask for the code again for 30 days. Never on a shared or office computer.
- Lost your phone? — Use one of your recovery codes instead — each works once. No phone and no codes? The office can reset your two-step sign-in after checking it is really you.
- Signed in — Type the code and press Sign in. Five wrong codes stop the sign-in, and you get an email: someone may have your password.
15. Add a passkey
- What a passkey is — A passkey signs you in with your fingerprint, face or screen lock instead of a password.
- Name of this passkey — Optional. A name to tell your devices apart later. For example: My Android phone
- Add it — Press Add a passkey, then do what your phone or computer asks.
16. Sign in with a code or a passkey
- Two more ways in — On the sign-in page, under the form: Sign in with a passkey (where your browser has passkeys) and Email me a code instead.
- Your email or phone — Type the email, username or phone number of your account, then press Send me a code.
- Type the code — The code works for 10 minutes and 5 tries; a new one replaces the old. It is only the first step — with two-step on, the code from your app comes next.
17. Sign out of other devices
- Where you are signed in — Every phone and computer signed in to your account is listed here, with when it was last used.
- Sign out the others — Press Sign out of all other devices. This one stays signed in.
